Information and an initial enquiry
The website explains the types of preparation and coordination Aquamarin can discuss with you. Its notes are general starting points and do not determine your personal eligibility or replace current official information.
Sending an enquiry or speaking with the bot is an invitation to discuss your needs. It does not by itself create a paid service agreement or a payment obligation.
Agreeing the work
Before proceeding, the service provider's identity, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing and any cancellation arrangements should be agreed in writing. The written proposal or agreement for your service provides the details that apply to that work.
Ask for clarification before accepting a proposal if a task, third-party fee or responsibility is unclear.
Responsibilities and decisions
Provide accurate information and documents you are entitled to share, and tell the team about relevant changes. Review prepared materials and confirm details before an official submission or other significant step.
Immigration authorities, universities and other independent bodies make their own decisions. Preparation or coordination does not guarantee an appointment, visa, residence decision, university admission or other third-party outcome. Regulated advice or representation requires an appropriately qualified professional.
Accounts and communication
Use only your own authorised Connect account and keep your password and authentication codes private. Share case documents through the agreed channel and respect the confidentiality of information received during the work.
For questions about a service, access to Connect or these pages, contact info@aquamarin.pt. The Privacy page explains the use of information in enquiries, Connect and Telegram.
